Howdy, my name is Wes. I’m a camera operator from Austin, TX. I grew up in rural South Texas working on cattle ranches and playing guitar. I loved shooting music videos and sketches with friends using my parents' camcorder. I eventually landed on set as a film loader, then assistant, and now here I am holding this thing - did we cut?

I love the music of steadicam, the coordination, the dance with the actors and other departments working on set. When everyone is locked in, we can make beautiful images. I strive to bring this passion and work ethic to every set. I’m a good hang as well.
